Yet, the evidence backing its effectiveness remains limited, sparking heated debates about data security, privacy, and personal autonomy. This is the part most people miss: the voices of those most impacted—elderly residents, their family caregivers, and frontline staff—are frequently sidelined in tech research discussions.
