The young entrepreneurs of Ramsgate Arts Primary have showcased their creativity and business acumen in a truly remarkable way. This week-long Enterprise Project, culminating in a business fair, has not only raised over £300 in profit but also taught valuable lessons in budgeting, profit and loss, marketing, and customer research. The Year 6 pupils demonstrated their skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, all while developing a real understanding of the business world. What makes this project particularly impressive is the variety of products and services offered. From mocktails and milkshakes to carnival games and chocolate-dipped fruit, the young entrepreneurs showed their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. The business fair was a huge success, with parents and Key Stage Two pupils attending and supporting the children's ventures. The money raised will go towards funding end-of-year activities, including visits to a bowling alley, a trampoline park, and the aqua park in Sandwich. This project has not only been a valuable learning experience but has also helped the pupils build confidence and develop skills that will benefit them beyond primary school.
